Mini Pleat Dihedral Filters

TYPICAL APPLICATIONS
A special adhesive tape allows perfect sealing.
When used as pre-filters they are employed in ventilation and air conditioning installations and are placed on the air intake.


TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION
MEDIA = Glass fibre paper.
SEPARATORS = Cotton threads with hot melt gluing.
FRAME = Galvanized steel.
SEALANT = Two components cold moulded polyurethane.

These filters are dihedrical in shape and have two filtering faces. They are specifically devised to provide a large filtering surface with a minimum volume. Thanks to their modular structure these dihedrical filters can be put together, just like bricks in a wall to make large filtering blocks. With these filters a face velocity up to 3.8 m/s can be obtained.

EFFICIENCY: F7 to H12

TEMPERATURE = 80°C max.
RELATIVE HUMIDITY = 100% max.
